Medical Intertrade d.o.o., with the headquarters at the address Dr. Franje Tuđmana 3, Sveta Nedelja, Croatia, Personal Identification Number: 4492664153 manages the collection of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on the Personal Data Protection and the Act on implementation of general provision on Personal Data Protection. Expressions „Manager“ “Medical Intertrade“, „us”, „our” or „we” refer to this subject.

  • respondent (i.e. you) filed a complaint to the processing based on legitimate interests of processing manager, expecting confirmation of whether their legitimate interests exceed the respondents’ reasons.
